LSA Role – Fixed Term (1:1 Support) Are you creative, reflective and relationship-driven? Do you believe trusted adults can make a lasting difference to a child’s life?We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for an individual pupil, on a fixed-term basis until 31.08.2027. At Clanfield Junior School, our work is rooted in a therapeutic, relational approach. We prioritise childhood and encourage and nurture this through connection, co-regulation and understanding children’s needs, enabling every child to feel safe, valued and ready to learn. In this role, you will play a key part in building a consistent, trusting relationship, supporting the child’s emotional wellbeing alongside their access to learning.You will join a caring, reflective team committed to inclusive practice, where play, outdoor learning and curiosity are central to our curriculum.
