Salary Type: Support Staff, Permanent, Term time only - 39 weeks
Salary Details: Hampshire Pay Scale B1 £24,796 FTE. Actual salary £21,780.84
Hours of Work: 08:30 to 15:30 Monday to Friday with 30 mins lunch break unpaid.

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join our hard-working and friendly team. We have 12 single-age group classes with no more than 25 children in a class. Our school is filled with like-minded people who want to make a difference to the children in our school. This role will involve in-class support, possible 1:1 support for individual children, and running interventions. Supporting at lunchtime by providing assistance within the lunch hall or outside with playtime (games/activities).

- Ideally has experience of working with children, though this is not essential for the right candidate
- Has a positive approach to behaviour management
- Is willing to try new ideas
- Is enthusiastic, resilient and has a good sense of humour
- Has good organisational skills
