We can offer:

- wider opportunities for further professional development by working across the schools in the federation
- children who want to be in school as they recognise it as a safe place to learn, and are enthusiastic to do so
- a strong ethos that good teaching, clear values and strong relationships are the most important levers schools have to improve outcomes for all pupils
- a supportive Governing Body and Senior Leadership Team
- a school where the whole team have worked together to create our new vision and values; we are proud to have a team of dedicated and hard-working staff and Governors who have high aspirations for our pupils
- commitment to your professional development
- a unique federation of two inclusive schools, each with a Resourced Provision, in close proximity to each other, where staff collaborate and work collegiately.
Successful candidates will have high aspirations for all pupils and promote the ethos and values of the federation. You should also have good communication skills, patience, a flexible approach, as well as the ability to work within a team. You should have good literacy and numeracy skills and be able to support the delivery of the curriculum.
You will be supporting our most vulnerable pupils, who require consistency, clear boundaries, an environment in which they feel safe, and positive relationships, so must be able to demonstrate reliability, excellence and commitment to the role.
