The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a nurturing and patient disposition with a good sense of humour.
- Have a positive approach that aligns with the school's vision and values.
- Have strong interpersonal skills with both children and adults.
- Be a team player with a professional and proactive attitude.
- Be able to implement clear boundaries and routines.
- Work independently and use initiative effectively.
- Have strong English, Maths, and IT skills.
- Ideally have recent experience working in a school setting or with children.
