Job Introduction
We are incredibly proud of our ambitious, nurturing, inclusive ethos and innovative, bespoke curriculum. We strive to ensure all children succeed and have a “whatever it takes” attitude to achieve this.
In September 2021 we were excited to be open two additional Resourced Provisions, one on our Junior School and one on our Infant School site, for children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support the children in our MLD Resourced Provision at the infant school, who share our vision that every child should have access to an educational experience that is appropriate and inspirational. The Infant School Resourced Provision children are supported by the class teacher and three LSAs. The school also benefits from ELSA support and a Parent Support Advisor.
You will have the opportunity to join an experienced team, knowing that you are making a significant difference to the lives of our children and their futures. All four of our Resourced Provisions are overseen by the Resourced Provision Manager and Executive Headteacher. Also, due to being a Federation, there will be the opportunity to work across the schools. Experience is not necessary as very specific training will be provided, so if you are looking for a way in to working as an LSA this could be the opportunity for you!
If you are looking to join a school that will reward you for your hard work and develop your career, South View Federation is the place.
