We are looking for a kind, supportive and flexible Learning Support Assistant with experience and/or an interest in supporting pupils with their social and emotional health needs to work with children across our school.
The successful candidate will:
- Understand the needs of pupils with social emotional health conditions
- Understand the importance of positive relationships and be able to contribute to a classroom and team culture of ready, respectful and safe
- Understand that behaviour always communicates a meaning and be able to take a proactive, therapeutic approach to positive behaviour management
- Be a creative thinker who can create learning opportunities that inspire and celebrate learning
- Champion children with SEMH needs and be relentless in pursuit of excellence for all
- Be a positive role model who is optimistic and passionate about making a difference in a rewarding job that changes the lives of children
