Four Marks Early Years Team are recognised across Hampshire for their award winning provision. We are seeking an excellent Early Years Practitioner to join our fabulous Early Years Team.
The successful candidates will need to:
Essential
- Have a good understanding of how young children learn best, including knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum;
- Have high expectations of pupils;
- Have recent experience working in an Early Years or Key Stage 1 setting;
- Be able to ensure a safe and healthy place of learning for the children;
- Have an enthused and organised approach to work;
- Be fully committed to the ethos of the school;
- Have strong, positive behaviour management skills;
- English and Maths GCSE grade C+;
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
Desirable
- Be qualified to or working towards Level 3 in Education /Childcare
