Job Introduction
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our SEN support team to help children build their social, emotional, language and communication skills.
Are you motivated and enthusiastic, energetic and creative, and someone who delights in seeing children succeed? Experience of working with children would be an advantage although not essential as full training will be provided.
This role is incredibly rewarding but can be challenging, you will receive support and specialist training to build your knowledge and understanding of children with specific needs. You will work alongside the SENDCo, class teachers, LSAs as well as specific outside agencies in either the Early Years Foundation Stage (Year R) or KS1 (Years 1 and 2)
The role is 15 hours of LSA and 5 hours of lunchtime support. Ideally 9:00 am - 1:00pm Monday to Friday, term time only, although flexible working conditions will be considered.
