We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support our children in their development and learning. Candidates will need to have good understanding of how primary age children learn. Experience of delivering intervention programmes for SEN children would also be desirable. The successful candidate will have:
An interest in children and the ability to motivate and inspire as well as adjust differentiated tasks to meet the needs of the individual and good behaviour management skills.
The enthusiasm and creativity to ensure the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved.
Effective communication skills with the class teacher, parents and staff across the school.
A desire to work as part of a team, committing fully to agreed school priorities, adhering to school policies and supporting Christian ethos of the school.
Good standard of written and spoken English and good understanding and application of Maths skills at primary level.
