Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit a LSA to work with children across the school. We have a very strong inclusion team who you will work alongside in the team. Our highly inclusive, one form entry church school provides an excellent environment for achieving high standards in teaching and learning. We work collaboratively with a number of schools across Andover and its neighbouring villages, creating many opportunities for professional development in a range of exciting contexts.
We are looking for someone with:
- A passion for the job!
- Experience of working with SEN children is desirable but not essential
- A positive, approachable and caring attitude
- The ability to work as part of a team
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or the equivalent qualification
