Bartley C of E Junior School is a friendly junior school on the edge of the New Forest.

The successful candidate will:
- be committed to working with children
- have a positive approach, be calm and caring
- be resilient and able to form strong relationships with adults and children
- have a passion for children’s academic and social progress and wellbeing
- be enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative and able to use their initiative
- understand confidentiality and safeguarding
- have Mathematics and English GCSE grade C /4
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- preparing interventions
- assisting the class teacher and SENDCO ensuring that pupils have access to the curriculum
- delivering small group interventions
- helping implement lesson plans
- break and lunchtime supervision
- dealing with pupil behaviour needs
