We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who shares our commitment to nurturing confident, resilient learners who are ready to thrive—both now and in the future.The successful candidate will work in Key Stage 2, supporting children in the classroom and through targeted intervention work. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide high-quality support for pupils, including those with additional needs. This role includes supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping to deliver specific interventions such as reading, phonics or emotional literacy, supporting engagement and emotional well-being, and contributing to the planning and evaluation of pupil progress.
