Salary Details: Grade B, £17,962 - £18202 pro-rata for 44.60 paid weeks per year (to cover 39 working weeks plus 5 INSET days per academic year), (FTE £24,796 - £25,128)
Hours of Work: 31.25 hours per week, 8:30 - 3:15pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (including 30 minutes paid lunchtime playground cover and 30 minutes unpaid lunchbreak each day).

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our fantastic school and work across both our Key Stages.
The role will include working with individuals or groups of children to support and extend their learning, under teachers' guidance. The ideal candidate will be able to work alongside teachers in creating nurturing and purposeful classroom environments.
Experience of working within schools, supporting pupils, would be desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will be well-supported by a skilled teaching team.
Applicants must have both GCSE or equivalent English and Maths at C grade/pass.
You will need to be enthusiastic, patient, well-organised and flexible. You must be able to communicate with children and adults well, show initiative and understand the importance of safety and safeguarding.
The successful applicant will need to:
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Have high expectations for behaviour
- Communicate positively with children and other adults
- Enjoy working with children and small teams of adults
- Be a good time keeper
- Support children within the whole class setting and in small group work
- Be reliable and consistent in promoting good behaviour and the values of the school
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times
- Hold a First Aid certificate or be willing to take the training to obtain this.
