Job Introduction
We are seeking a confident, caring and committed individual to join our team of dedicated learning support staff. This rewarding role will involve supporting children across a range of settings – including whole-class, small group, and 1:1 – in close collaboration with class teachers and our inclusion leader to promote learning for all. Although this is a fixed-term contract, from March/April 2026 until the end of the academic year, there is a strong possibility of a permanent position in the future.
Working Hours
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:15pm
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from those with:
Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
A belief in every child’s ability to succeed
Patience, flexibility, and initiative
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
Confidence supporting children during play and social times
Competency in English and maths (GCSE grade C or equivalent)
We also encourage applications from individuals looking to develop their skills in this role, even if they are new to the profession.
