Due to rapid expansion, we are excited to offer opportunities for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our vibrant federation of two special schools in Fareham. This is an opportunity to learn about special educational needs and make a difference to people’s educational experiences.
Our schools cater for a wide range of special educational needs, from moderate to profound learning difficulties. We aim to provide a stimulating, creative environment where every individual is valued and supported to achieve their very best.
Our children and young people range in age and phase of education from nursery to post 16 education, making this a very exciting opportunity.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, consistent approach
- Can motivate and inspire young people’s learning
- Is flexible, creative and able to adapt to diverse needs
- Wants to facilitate the very best life chances for all children and young people
- Can follow specific educational programmes and work independently when needed
- Understands emotional needs of young people and can support with personal care
Experience in SEN is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
