Job Introduction

Bramley Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and caring learning support partner to work alongside our friendly and supportive team, to secure outstanding outcomes for our children.
This position will be either 1:1, working with a child with additional needs, or classroom based depending on the experience of the candidate and will include lunchtime supervision.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an ability to nurture children according to their individual emotional, social and learning needs.
- Is creative in their thinking and approach and able to use initiative.
- Has excellent communication skills and a calm positive approach.
- Has high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable and flexible and enjoys working as part of a team.
