Job Introduction
New Milton Junior School is looking for a positive and passionate adult, who loves working with children.
Hours of work will be 8.30- 3.30 every day with a 30 minute lunch break, during term time only. Ideally candidates will have experience of working with children, and salary offered will reflect this.

The start date for the position is the 1st September.
What we are looking for:
- GCSE English and Maths ( Grade 4 + or equivalent)
- A relevant childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Current experience of working with children, although support will be given.
- A passion for working with children and helping them develop
- Ability to support the class teacher in the delivery of learning activities for individuals and large groups of children
- The ability to evaluate pupils’ progress and adapt where necessary
- Have relevant experience of working with pupils with additional needs and delivering interventions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a good sense of humour and is a team player
- The ability to be flexible, resourceful and proactive
- Understands confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
