We are seeking a reliable and committed Lunchtime Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and positive environment. This role involves supervising children during their lunch break, developing engaging lunchtime play activities, and ensuring the safety and welfare of all children at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children while they eat their lunch, promoting good manners and healthy eating habits.
  • Develop and facilitate fun and inclusive play activities during lunchtime.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Reliability and commitment to the role.
  • Enjoy working with children and being part of a supportive team.
  • Ability to engage children in play and ensure their safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
