Lunchtime Supervisor

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting and supervising children during lunchtime play, both outdoors and indoors (wet play).
  • Administering basic first aid when needed.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who communicates well with both children and adults.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • A person who enjoys being part of a school environment and making a difference in children's daily experiences.

The successful candidate will:

  • Encourage social play
  • Supervise pupils during lunchtime
  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative and able to use their initiative.
  • Be committed to working as part of a team in order to support the needs of the children.
  • Be organised, efficient and professional in their approach and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Be caring, understanding and patient.
  • Have good behaviour management skills.
  • Be willing, at times, to go above and beyond to ensure our children receive the very best!

This role will initially be a fixed term contract until August 2026, although may be extended beyond this period, or become permanent.
