Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Fixed Term Contract: 1st September 2025 – 31st August 2026
Salary: £12.17 per hour (Scale A Step 1)
Hours: 8.75 hours per week, term-time only. Monday–Friday, 11:45 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Rachel Madocks School is looking to expand its team of Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants to support pupils aged 2–19 with learning, communication, and complex health needs ranging from severe to profound and multiple. About the Role:
This position involves supporting pupils during lunchtimes, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement. No previous experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
The successful candidate will:
- Work closely with pupils, promoting positive lunchtime routines.

Requirements:
A strong desire to support children with special educational needs is essential.
