Job/Person Summary

Are you someone who loves working with children and making a positive difference in their day? We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our lovely school community at Wallisdean Federation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting children during playtime and helping them build happy, healthy relationships.
  • Supervising lunchtime, assisting with dietary needs, and making mealtimes enjoyable and safe.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour with guidance from our experienced staff.
  • Keeping our children safe and well at all times.
  • Helping with cleaning duties, including tidying up our small dining area.
  • Being punctual, proactive, and a supportive team member.
  • Bringing a nurturing attitude and always putting the children’s needs first.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Being open to completing basic First Aid training.
