Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant 

Position Start Date: ASAP after relevant checks

Closing Date: Friday 18th September 2026

Interview Date: TBC

Contract/Hours: Fixed term until 31st August 2027.

Salary Details: Grade A (£4,200.24 actual pay)

Hours of Work: 7.5 hours per week (term-time only) Monday–Friday 11:45–13:15

Wildground Infant & Junior School Federation is looking for a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to joinour friendly team. The position is to start as soon as possible. This is initially a fixed term post with thepotential to be extended. We are looking for someone who is calm and caring with a ‘common sense’approach and a pleasant approachable manner.


Duties will include:

• supervising children in the hall,

• ensuring that children play safely

• ensuring children’s wellbeing over lunchtime


Opportunities will be offered for further professional development as part of the school’scommitment to continuing professional development.
