Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant

Contract hours: 1 hour 15 minutes daily (Permanent, part time post)
6.25 hours per week , term time only
Key stage: Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1
Salary type: Support Staff Grade A - £12.17 PER HOUR

We are currently seeking lunchtime supervisory assistants to join our happy team at Rowner Infant School. Our children enjoy spending their lunchtime with warm, supportive staff. We are a small, but perfectly formed infant school with relationships at the heart of our practice. We are a fully inclusive school who work hard to ensure that every child is respected as a unique individual.
We are looking for someone who:
- enjoys working with children as part of team
- is caring, calm and patient
- can be a positive role model to our children
- can support, lead and organise play activities for the children
- can build strong relationships with our staff and children
- has the ability to use your own initiative and work independently
- has good time management skills
- can ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times with an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding
- has excellent communication skills
