Job Introduction
We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our supportive school team. This role is essential in ensuring that pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and well-organised lunchtime experience.
The Role
As a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant, you will:
- Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall and playground
- Encourage positive behaviour and safe play
- Support children with their meals where necessary
- Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and enjoyable environment
- Follow school policies on safeguarding, health, and safety
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Enjoy working with children
- Be calm, patient, and approachable
- Have good communication and teamwork skills
- Be reliable and able to follow school procedures
- Experience working with children is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
