Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? Due to rapid expansion, we are looking to appoint friendly, calm and enthusiastic people to join our existing dedicated team of supervisory assistants. The successful applicants will be working within a supportive, fun team and will be an important member of the school structure.
Our schools cater for a wide range of special educational needs, from moderate to profound learning difficulties. We aim to provide a stimulating, creative environment where every individual is valued and supported to achieve their very best.
The successful applicants will need to become involved in the emotional and physical well-being of the pupils and be part of a team to help with; supervising the pupils in the hall and outside, encouraging positive play by leading playground games, assisting with clearing up spillages, all aspects of personal care and supporting children in the classroom before and after lunch.
