Dove House is seeking to recruit a Mathematics Teacher, from September 2025, to teach up to GSCE level and to include tutor responsibility. 

Dove House is a popular, successful, and highly regarded school in Basingstoke, for pupils with moderate learning difficulties and autism, aged between 11-19. We are proud to be an outstanding school (Ofsted 2019) but retain our passion to keep moving forward.

We are seeking a full-time teacher for our Maths department, who cares passionately about the education and wellbeing of pupils with special educational needs and their families. 

This is a rewarding opportunity to join an outstanding department and teach students working towards a wide range of maths qualifications, from Entry level through to Functional Skills and GCSE.

You will be skilled in Secondary GCSE teaching and be willing to deliver high quality extra-curricular opportunities.

This position may suit a skilled ECT or Primary trained teacher with an interest/specialism in Maths.

We will provide high quality coaching, support, and professional development. You will have the opportunity to be innovative, creative and have fun, whilst making a real difference to the lives of our pupils who face challenges in their learning and development.
