Job Introduction
At Vigo Primary School we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our lunchtime supervisory team and to take a lead on developing play opportunities for all our pupils.
We are looking for someone who:
- Relates well to both children and adults and has excellent interpersonal skills
- Is caring, calm and patient
- Is able to work as a part of a team, learning with and from other colleagues
- Enjoys working independently and with initiative
- Sees the importance of play and the positive benefits it can have for children
- takes responsibility for playground resources and will empower others to do the same
- is flexible, proactive and resourceful
- is not afriad to have difficult conversations with staff
- Understands confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
- Willing to undergo first aid training
