Hours of Work: 6.45 – 8.45 am and 2.50 – 4.50pm Monday – Friday, term time only – 20 hours per week

Job/Person Summary
Glenwood School is a Special Secondary School providing an education to young people aged 11-16 who have moderate learning difficulties.
We are seeking to recruit a reliable driver for our school minibus to collect pupils in the local area for school and take them home in the afternoon on a specified route with designated pick-up points.
Applicants should hold an appropriate full, clean driving licence; a MIDAS qualification is desirable. If the successful candidate does not hold a current MIDAS qualification, they will be required to attend a course at the earliest available opportunity.
Although an escort will be on board all journeys to supervise the pupils, previous experience of working with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
