Band 6

20 hours per week, term time only plus one week

FTE £28,239 - £32,061

Actual Salary £13,591 - £15,430

 

Solent Academies Trust has over 17 years’ experience in transforming lives of our children and families through high quality specialist education for pupils aged 2-19. Our Executive Principal for Redwood Park Academy and Littlegreen Academy plays a pivotal role in driving success across our school communities. We are now seeking a highly organised, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to our Executive Principal.

 

As PA to the Executive Principal, you will be the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient time management for the Executive Principal. You’ll play a critical role in managing communications, scheduling and co-ordination at the highest level.

 

We are looking for someone who is: 

  • Exceptionally organised and detail orientated.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment

 

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in ICT. 

You will be required to work at either of our Trust sites including, but not limited to, Redwood Park Academy, Cosham, PO6 2RY, and Littlegreen Academy, Compton, PO18 9NW.

 

Experience as a PA at senior leadership level, ideally in education or a similarly complex environment, is highly desirable.

The hours for this role are flexible and will be worked in conjunction with the Executive Principal.
