If you relish the thought of working with enthusiastic children as part of a close team of people who enjoy their work then we would love to hear from you.
Our friendly, family school is seeking to appoint a learning support assistant to work closely with an established teacher in a mixed Year 5&6 class.
This position also includes supervision of children at lunchtimes whilst they enjoy playing outside and if candidates are comfortable with a half-hour lunch, an additional 30mins per day would be possible (ie 6 hours per day). Additional hours may also be possible with supporting breakfast club before school from 8am.
This position would suit an energetic, enthusiastic candidate and would be ideal for an experienced LSA looking for new experiences, who perhaps is looking for better job satisfaction.
We are a small, rural Church of England school set in idyllic Hampshire countryside. Our parents are overwhelmingly supportive of the work we do and we are proud of our excellent behaviour, high standards and excellent local reputation.
You could be the right candidate to join our happy, highly motivated team. In our successful OFSTED in June 2026, they praised the team work and emphasis on staff wellbeing, does this sound like somewhere you might be happy working?
