Job Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Teacher to join our nurturing and inclusive specialist provision, supporting up to 10 children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Speech and Language Needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Key Stage 1.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including speech and language therapists, support staff, and families.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning profiles.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching within the EYFS or Key Stage 1
- A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach to teaching
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly ASD and communication difficulties
- Knowledge of alternative communication strategies (e.g. PECS, Makaton)
