Job Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our brilliant team. Working across a mixed-age class, you will support the class teacher two days a week.. This is an exciting opportunity to support a teacher delivering bespoke curriculum that caters to the unique needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
Lead targeted small-group interventions in phonics, reading, and mathematics.
The Ideal Candidate
Has a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Has strong foundational knowledge of the National Curriculum.
Possesses excellent literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above).
Is patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting diverse learning needs.
Works well as part of a close-knit team but is also able to use their own initiative.
