Job Introduction

37 Hours per Week – Term Time only (39 weeks) Mon – Thurs 8:00am – 4:00pm Fri 8:00am – 3:30pm

HCC Grade B FTE £24,027 - £24,348 Actual £20,552.28 - £20,826.96

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Swanmore College to join our dynamic Pastoral Support Team as an Administrator starting as soon as possible.

We expect the highest standards of pupil behaviour and the successful applicant will assist the Pastoral Support Team in all aspects of our procedures. 

The role will provide administrative support such as:

  • Providing administrative support for pastoral staff
  • Maintain pupil records in SIMS including attendance and behaviour
  • Answer external and internal telephone calls and emails
  • Support with the “Missing Pupil” alerts
  • Support the Head of Years and Deputy Head of Years with filing/scanning
  • Support and cover Triage when required
  • Take pupil statements as required
