Pastoral Support Officer

Required from 1 September 2026

Term time only: 37 hours per week

Hours of work (7.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm on Friday. 8.00am – 4.00pm will be considered)

Grade E - actual salary: £28,379


Brookfield is seeking to appoint an experienced, energetic, compassionate, professional to join our committed and highly effective Pastoral Support Team.


The successful candidate will make a significant contribution to our students’ personal development, welfare and behaviour management working in close liaison with students, staff, families, and external agencies.  There will also be a timetable allocation to supervise lessons in the absence of a class teacher or tutor.


We are very proud of our students’ achievements both in and outside the classroom. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be a key part of their learning journey.
