Pastoral Support Officer

Required from 22 April 2025

Term time only:  37 hours per week 

(8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm Friday)


Brookfield is seeking to appoint an energetic, compassionate, professional to join our committed and highly effective Pastoral Support Team.

The successful candidate will make a significant contribution to our students’ personal development, welfare and behaviour management working in close liaison with students, staff, families, and external agencies.  There will also be a timetable allocation to supervise lessons in the absence of a class teacher.


We are very proud of our students’ achievements both in and outside the classroom.  This role presents an exciting opportunity to be a key part of their learning journey.


All new staff participate in a structured, highly regarded induction programme and further training and professional development opportunities will be available to you through our established programme of bespoke CPD and performance management processes.
