Personal Reflection Room Manager

Job Introduction


We are seeking to appoint a Personal Reflection Room Manager to work for the Assistant Headteacher to manage the inclusion room which accommodates students who have been removed from lessons for a fixed period of time.

 

The role requires that ideally you:

 

  • Have high standards and expectations
  • Have high aspirations for what young people are capable of 
  • Have some experience in coaching and/or mentoring
  • Have excellent organisational and behaviour management skills
  • Can clearly communicate with others
  • Can manage small groups of students
  • Are committed, enthusiastic, determined and have attention to detail

 

This post is a term-time appointment, 36 hours per week – with a daily start time of 8.10am and 30 minutes lunch break.  Staff on term-time contracts are required to arrange their holidays within School holiday periods.
