We are looking for a person who:
Is an enthusiastic and dynamic classroom practitioner with a strong commitment to high quality teaching and learning.
Has experience of teaching phonics and the development of reading and spelling in a KS1 setting.
Will model excellent practice in all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment to motivate and challenge all pupils.
Has high expectations of children’s learning and behaviour and a positive and enabling approach.
Is a highly motivated and innovative individual who can inspire their colleagues.
Has excellent communication skills and is able to establish and maintain good relationships and rapport with colleagues, parents and other professionals.
Is keen to build on our close relationships with parents, Church and the local community.
Can offer an extra-curricular activity.
Will support the Christian ethos of our Church School.
