Job Introduction
The governors are looking to appoint an excellent experienced practitioner. The role currently is to share the teaching for a Year R class with some teaching across other year groups across the school.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can provide outstanding teaching and learning experiences for our children
- Ideally has experience of teaching EYFS/KS1
- Has excellent knowledge of teaching in a primary setting
- Is able to develop a strong working partnership with
- Sets high expectations in both attainment and behaviour
- Has a track record of high standards and successful outcomes
- Is energetic and enthusiastic
- Is a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Can build good relationships with the children, their parents and with colleagues
- Embraces professional development
- Demonstrates empathy with our Church school ethos and our Christian values
