Pupil Support Worker

Job Introduction

Pupil Support Worker 28 hours per week – term time only Actual Salary 18,729.

If so, we’d love to hear from you!We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and proactive Pupil Support Worker to join our Alternative Learning Provision (ALPS) - a nurturing space dedicated to transforming lives, building confidence and empowering students to succeed.

As a Pupil Support Worker in ALPS, you will:

• Support both the academic and pastoral development of students who benefit from our alternative learning provision Guide, mentor and motivate students to achieve their personal best

• Support successful reintegration into mainstream school provision

• Help students develop aspirations and confidence for a successful post-16 pathway

• Work closely with young people with a broad range of SEND and SEMH needs, tailoring your approach to meet individual requirements

• Contribute to a safe, structured and inclusive environment that promotes wellbeing, resilience and positive relationships

• Communicate with stakeholders regarding key pupil progress and developmental targets
