We are looking for a calm energetic person who is able to both multitask and work on their own initiative in our busy school office. The role will be predominantly front of house providing excellent administration support to the office team. Prior experience of working in an office would be advantageous. We want to recruit a team player who will thrive on the demands of a very busy school office environment, together with understanding the importance of complete confidentiality.
We're seeking a passionate person who:
- Is highly organized and able to prioritise their workload to meet deadlines
- Has strong computer and literacy skills
- Is able to manage busy situations, whilst keeping professional and calm
- Has a can do, supportive and one team ethic
- Will be a friendly, welcoming face for pupils, parents and visitors to the school
