Job Introduction
A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive individual to ensure the efficient management of reprographic support for the school. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, the role involves:
Undertaking all tasks in relation to the reproduction of information, such as reports, teaching resources, booklets, for a range of audiences by photocopying, printing or laminating
Reformatting documents such as teaching resources, mock/PPET exam papers, or other booklets, leaflets and posters for the Senior Leadership Team so that they look professional and are laid out properly for printing
Formatting and printing signage, maps and posters for around the school. Revising / updating school resources such as school forms
Prioritising requests for reprographics management, self-managing workload and liaising with staff to discuss queries and requests
Producing half termly accounting summaries of printing and copying totals including all paper usage
Ordering stock and maintaining stock control of paper and card, synthetic papers, toners, and other consumables
Liaising with the Finance team regarding supplier contracts, quotations and invoices, and dealing directly with suppliers regarding stock, orders, returns and queries
Carrying out regular basic maintenance on reprographic devices, including changing toners, waste toners and staple units and clearing paper jams, logging maintenance calls as necessary. (Training can be provided)
The ideal candidate will be/have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work to deadlines
Experience using Microsoft Office and the Google suite
Highly organised, accurate and detail conscious
The ability to use discretion and respect confidentiality
A knowledge and understanding of the education sector and/or experience of working within a school environment would be desirable.

This is a part time role, ideally for 15 hours per week, term time only. There may be some flexibility in hours for the right candidate and hours would ideally be worked over at least 3 days a week.
