Permanent SEN Resourced Provision Teacher in charge
MPR - UPR depending on experience plus SEN allowance

We opened our Resourced Provision in September 2025. We are looking to expand our experienced existing team by appointing a teacher in charge dedicated to the Resourced Provision.
The Resourced Provision caters for up to 12 children (currently a phased growth from 9 to 12) with a diagnosis of ASD, who are supported to spend 50%+ of their time within our mainstream classes. The Resourced Provision operates from a self-contained space with our grounds and offers a classroom base, therapeutic intervention area and dedicated outdoor space. The appointed teacher in charge will work in partnership with our SENCO and be supported by teaching assistants who care deeply about the children they serve.
The successful candidate will ideally be someone with significant experience in working with children with ASD however, we would also welcome applications from less experienced teachers with an eagerness to learn and a strong desire to work with children with additional needs. Whatever your experience, we will be looking for enthusiasm and dedication to learn. The successful candidate will lead the work of our fantastic children and support staff in the Resourced Provision, with the guidance of our highly experienced and passionate SENCO.
This role is crucial in supporting our aspirational school to continue to improve, as we strive to provide the very best provision for our diverse community of children and families. The capacity to build great relationships, a belief in every child’s potential and a strong commitment to providing great teaching and learning opportunities across the primary curriculum are a must.
