MPR - UPR depending on experience plus SEN allowance

We are delighted to be establishing a new Resourced Provision from September 2025. We are looking to expand our experienced existing team by appointing a teacher in charge dedicated to the Resourced Provision. This will be an exciting new role in our school.
The Resourced Provision will cater for up to 12 children (with phased growth from 6 to 9 to 12) with a diagnosis of ASD, who will be supported to spend 50%+ of their time within our mainstream classes. The Resourced Provision will operate from a self-contained space within
The Resourced Provision will cater for up to 12 children (with phased growth from 6 to 9 to 12) with a diagnosis of ASD, who will be supported to spend 50%+ of their time within our mainstream classes. The Resourced Provision will operate from a self-contained space within the school grounds and will offer a classroom base , therapeutic intervention area and dedicated outdoor space. The teacher in charge will work in partnership with our SENCO and be supported by teaching assistants who care deeply about the children they serve.
The successful candidate will ideally be someone with significant experience in working with children with ASD however, we would also welcome applications from less experienced teachers with an eagerness to learn and a strong desire to work with children with additional needs. Whatever your experience, we will be looking for enthusiasm and dedication to learn. The successful candidate will lead the work of our fantastic children and support staff in the Resourced Provision, with the guidance of our highly experienced and passionate SENCO.
