Hollywater School are seeking a committed and compassionate teacher to join our school, working within a class in which pupils have Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) tendencies. The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and skilled in creating a calm, structured and nurturing learning environment where pupils feel safe, valued and understood.
You will demonstrate strong behaviour management, high expectations for progress, and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma or barriers to learning.
Experience of differentiated teaching, restorative approaches and working collaboratively with support staff, families and external professionals is essential. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to pupils’ lives within a supportive and dedicated team.
