We are looking for someone who:
Has the vision, commitment and expertise to lead inclusive practice and help every learner thrive
Is a fully qualified teacher who holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete within 3 years)
Has excellent communication and leadership skills
Can inspire, support and challenge staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils, particularly by modelling excellent classroom practice to others.
Is highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Values strong partnerships with parents, carers and outside agencies
Has high aspirations for themselves and others;
Is committed to safeguarding and the welfare and wellbeing of the school community
