What You Will Do:

- Are Experienced or Confident: Bring some professional experience working with children and possess the confidence to deliver phonics teaching to individuals or small groups.
- Have High Standards: Hold a good standard of English and Mathematics alongside high expectations for children's progress and attainment.
- Communicate Effectively: Are well-organised, a great team player, bring a good sense of humour, and hold a deep commitment to safeguarding procedures.
What We Can Offer You:
- A Warm Welcome: A highly supportive, dedicated, and friendly staff community working alongside our enthusiastic, polite, and respectful children.
- Professional Growth: Direct line management from our experienced SENCo and a dedicated 'buddy' Teaching Assistant to guide your induction.
