We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Tutor to join our team at Hampshire Achieves. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) delivering high-quality, inclusive learning opportunities to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Hampshire.

What you’ll do:
- Plan and deliver tailored learning programmes that meet the individual needs of SEND learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to support learner progress and wellbeing.
- Design and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), identifying gaps in knowledge and providing tailored support in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills.
- Travel across Hampshire to deliver sessions in various settings, ensuring accessibility and consistency of support.
- Contribute to learner reviews, EHCP targets, and progression planning.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience working with SEND learners in an educational or training setting.
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and person-centred approaches.
- Ability to travel county-wide and manage a flexible schedule.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
