We are seeking a School Business Manager to join our Outstanding school. This pivotal role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our pupils and the operational success of our school.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in business, finance, administration and resource management.
- Strong skills in setting, managing and monitoring budgets effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR, safeguarding, and health and safety practices.
- Confidence and initiative in establishing and maintaining administrative systems in a busy school environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
- A calm, positive and professional conduct, especially under pressure and a commitment to confidentiality.
- A track record of maximising resources and managing them efficiently.
- A forward-thinking approach, with a commitment to driving continual school improvement.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make a strategic contribution to the school.

The role will be Monday - Friday, 8.30am-4pm, 39 weeks a year, plus 5 inset days.
