Job Introduction
We are looking to appoint a Business Manager to play a full and active part in the School Leadership Team and contribute to the school’s strategic development. This will include leading the admin and site teams as well as our school finances and HR.
To be considered for this senior role, you will have:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Excellent leadership and ICT skills;
- An ability to work accurately under pressure and prioritise workload;
- To be able to work efficiently both on your own and as part of a team;
- Knowledge of budgeting, finances and payroll systems.
- To be warm and welcoming and able to communicate effectively with parents, pupils, staff, governors and visitors.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with and support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) including the Headteacher, Deputy and Assistant Headteachers and the Governing Body to provide support in achieving our strategic aim of giving our children the highest possible quality learning experiences.
