Science Laboratory Technician
Itchen Sixth Form College is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic College Science Technician to join our highly successful Sixth Form College. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective delivery of practical elements across A level and vocational science courses.
Science technicians are involved in preparing Physics equipment, making chemical solutions delivering equipment to laboratories as well as cleaning, maintaining and safely storing equipment. They work closely with the Science teaching team to understand the curriculum requirements for practical tasks. This role would particularly suit someone with a science background who enjoys working collaboratively.

Contract: Part-time, Term Time Only, 15 hours per week
Salary: £25,951-£26,818 pro rata (Points 7-9 on Sixth Form Colleges Support Staff Payscale)
