We want to recruit a team player who is prepared to ‘muck in’ and be flexible when necessary.

This is a varied role with responsibilities that will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing a warm welcome to visitors, answering telephones and responding to emails
  • Maintenance of the school management information system
  • Logging daily attendance
  • Day to day management of the Admissions and Leavers processes e.g. sending letters, updating the Hampshire Portal, receiving and sending CTFs
